2027 BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT
It is time to enroll in your benefits for 2027!
Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 22
IMPORTANT: EVERYONE MUST COMPLETE OPEN ENROLLMENT IN ADP.
Even if you want to keep the same benefits you have now, you must log in to ADP and complete your elections to have benefits in 2027.
What is changing?
- Dental coverage is changing from Delta Dental to Guardian.
- Dental coverage will have a cost increase.
- All other coverages remain the same cost and provider.
Benefits Fairs
Instead of mandatory benefits meetings, we will offer optional Benefits Fairs where you can ask questions and speak with benefit representatives.
You may attend one of the following sessions:
Monday, November 9 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Stovall Theater
Will include 401(k) Plan Representative
Friday, November 13 | 8:00–10:00 AM
Stovall Theater
Sunday, November 15 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Staff Development Room
Remember:
- Open Enrollment closes Sunday, November 22.
- You must complete your elections in ADP, even if you are not changing your benefits.
- Do not wait until the last day to enroll!
